In Launchpad, (9-12th grade) our learners get a taste of reality as they prepare to launch into the world and continue their Heroβs Journey. By learning the importance of taking initiative and ownership of their lives, Eagles strive to make their experiences as valuable and meaningful as possible. The emphasis is placed on creating and executing a personal and academic plan that will prepare them for success upon graduation.
The main goal is for Eagles to work hard, play hard, and develop their callings.

Our Eagles take on a series of deep challenges, impelling them to explore and discover what is next for them after they graduate.
Will they choose a university education?
Only if they know exactly what they will study and why and find the best fit for them. Will they jump into entrepreneurship, starting a business that they have explored throughout annual Business Fairs and Entrepreneurship Quests? Or will they get hired at their dream job, after having dedicated themselves to learning and experiencing that field through a series of internships, connections and developing close relationships with leaders in their chosen field?
The world is full of opportunities - university isnβt necessarily the best avenue at this stage.
