Montessori Lead Guide
Lead a beautiful, calm Montessori environment for children ages 3-6, guiding their independence, concentration, social development and love of learning through authentic Montessori practice. Interact with parents, prepare progress reports and offer some coaching.
Montessori Co-Guide
Working with the Lead Guide, co-guide a mixed-age Children's House/Primary studio, observing, preparing the environment and guiding children to devolp independence, social skills and love of learning through authentic Montessori practice.
Lower Elementary Lead Guide
Guide a mixed-age (6-8 years old) Lower Elementary studio through a blend of authentic Montessori and Acton Academy philosophies, preparing the environment, creating fun projects, fostering autonomy, deep thinking, and a virtuous culture through Socratic guiding and intentional systems.
Secondary Guide (Middle or High School)
Do you love working with adolescents but dislike the rigid, traditional system?
As an Acton Guide, you will work with a small group of hand-picked adolescents to fulfil our mission that every person in our school deserves to find a calling to change the world.

Teach English as a Second Language
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic native-speaking (or near native) English teacher to help children ages 3–8 develop confidence and fluency through stories, songs, games, conversation, and hands-on activities. The ideal candidate loves working with young children and can create a joyful, engaging, English-rich environment where learning feels natural and fun.
