Operations Lead
We are looking for an organized, empowered, bilingual Operations Lead to create systems, standardize processes, remove friction, stick to the budget, ensure consistency and generally run the day to day at our small school so that we can focus on learning and growing.
Manage our Media
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and enthusiastic Content Strategist who can bring our story to life. The ideal candidate loves storytelling, creating compelling photo and video content, discovering what captures parents’ attention online. Montessori Co-Guide
Working with the Lead Guide, co-guide a mixed-age Children's House/Primary studio, observing, preparing the environment and guiding children to devolp independence, social skills and love of learning through authentic Montessori practice.
Teach English as a Second Language
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic native-speaking (or near native) English teacher to help children ages 3–8 develop confidence and fluency through stories, songs, games, conversation, and hands-on activities. The ideal candidate loves working with young children and can create a joyful, engaging, English-rich environment where learning feels natural and fun.
Guide in a K-2nd Grade Studio
We are looking for a warm, capable Guide to work with children in K-2nd Grade. Our Spark Studio combines Montessori principles with Acton Academy’s learner-driven approach, helping children build strong academic foundations while developing independence, curiosity, responsibility, and a love of learning. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, growth-minded, and prefers guiding children rather than directing them.
